About Us

Carroll Engineering & Associates' office is located in Belvidere, Illinois to serve a geographic area including Metropolitan Chicago; Rockford, Illinois; and the Interstate 90 Corridor.
CE&A; Founded by Dana Carroll in 1994 and recently merged with R.K. Johnson & Associates, Inc. of Loves Park, Illinois.
CE&A are participating members in good standing in the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers.
